TERMS Membership of this website is provided by Uni Classifieds in accordance with the provisions set out below. For the purposes of these Membership Terms and Conditions the word "you" includes members of our website, and the words "we" and "our" refer to Uni Classifieds.

PERSONAL INFORMATION When registering as a member of Uni Classifieds, you must provide accurate and complete information as requested. The full name and email address you provide will be displayed publicly with any advertisements you purchase, except if you select on the registration form to have your email address hidden, in which case visitors can still email you but will not know your email address. Please refer to our Privacy Agreement for more information regarding our use of your personal information.

USERNAME AND PASSWORD Upon submission of your registration to Uni Classifieds, your email address will become your username, and you will be assigned the password you provide. You will receive an email confirming a successful registration.

PASSWORD PROTECTION You are responsible for protecting the confidentiality of your password, and you are entirely liable for all activities that occur under your username and password, including unauthorised use of your or any other credit card. You must notify Uni Classifieds immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your username and password.

UPDATING MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION You are responsible for keeping your membership information updated. You can access and update the membership information Uni Classifieds holds about you at any time by clicking 'Change info' or 'Change password' after logging-in to our member area.

NEWSLETTER Uni Classifieds may periodically distribute a newsletter regarding our services. You will automatically receive our newsletter unless you select the appropriate box on the registration form.

ALTERATION OR TERMINATION OF SERVICE Uni Classifieds reserves the rights to refuse or delete your membership for any reason, without notice. In such event, you will continue to be subject to all restrictions imposed on you and all licenses granted by you as set out in these and any other terms, conditions, notices, and disclaimers on the Uni Classifieds website.

GOVERNANCE This agreement supersedes all communications and proposals, past and present, whether electronic, oral or written, between you and Uni Classifieds regarding our website and services.

JURISDICTION The Uni Classifieds website is operated from Queensland, Australia. The laws of this State govern these Membership Terms and Conditions and any disputes regarding this website. Membership of the Uni Classifieds website is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these Membership Terms and Conditions.
