CONTENT CONDITIONS By purchasing an advertisement you warrant to Uni Classifieds that the text and picture(s) contained in your advertisement are accurate, free of obscene content, and free of viruses or other harmful components. You further declare that your advertisement is not for the purpose of selling a product or service that is illegal in Australia.
ALTERATION OR TERMINATION OF SERVICE Uni Classifieds reserves the rights to refuse, revise, or delete any advertisement without notice. In such event, you will continue to be subject to all restrictions imposed on you and all licenses granted by you as set out in these and any other terms, conditions, notices, and disclaimers on the Uni Classifieds website.
USER CONDUCT AND LIABILITY You warrant to Uni Classifieds that you will not use our website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by any terms, conditions, notices, disclaimers appearing anywhere on the Uni Classifieds website. You agree to abide by all applicable laws and regulations. In particular, you agree not to use the Uni Classifieds website to: defame, harass, threaten or otherwise offend others; publish or distribute any material which is unlawful, obscene, defamatory, or offensive; impersonate any person or entity; publish or distribute material that you do not have a right to make available under law or contractual obligation or which contains viruses, or other computer codes, files or programs designed to limit or destroy the functionality of other computer software or hardware. UNI CLASSIFIEDS LIABILITY Uni Classifieds hereby disclaims all warranties and conditions with regard to the information, software, services and related graphics on our website, including all implied warranties and conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, workmanlike effort, title and non-infringement. In addition, Uni Classifieds makes no warranty that the services provided by us will be timely, secure or error free. Your use of our website and services is at your sole risk. Uni Classifieds shall not be responsible for unauthorized access to or alteration of your advertisement. You specifically agree that Uni Classifieds is not responsible or liable for any threatening, harmful, defamatory, obscene, offensive or illegal content or conduct of any other party. You indemnify and hold harmless Uni Classifieds from and against all direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, damage, cost, expense or claim which may be suffered or incurred by you as a result of or in connection with your use of or inability to access the Uni Classifieds website. Uni Classifieds will not be liable for any interruption, delay in operation or transmission, virus, communications failure, Internet access difficulties, or malfunction in equipment or software. Uni Classifieds retains the right at all times to monitor, retain and disclose any information as necessary without your consent to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request. Uni Classifieds does not exclude any rights and remedies available to you under the Trade Practices Act (Commonwealth) or any similar State legislation which cannot be excluded or restricted. Otherwise Uni Classifieds excludes all conditions and warranties which may be implied by law. Uni Classifieds' liability for breach of any implied warranty or condition which cannot be excluded is limited, at our option, to the resupply of services.
JURISDICTION The Uni Classifieds website is operated from Queensland, Australia. The laws of this State govern these Terms and Conditions and any disputes regarding this website. Use of the Uni Classifieds website and services is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these Terms and Conditions. Any lawsuits against Uni Classifieds will be brought in the courts of Brisbane, Australia, and you agree to submit to the jurisdiction thereof.
SEVERABILITY If any part of these Terms and Conditions is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most nearly matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the agreement shall remain in effect.
UPDATES TO ADVERTISEMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS Uni Classifieds may, from time to time, review and update these Terms and Conditions without notice to take account of new laws and changes to our operations. You will be governed by our most recent policy posted on our website.
OBJECTION If you object to these Terms and Conditions or any subsequent modifications to them, do not post any further advertisements and click "Delete my registration and delete my ads" under 'Change info' in the member area. Alternatively, you can email info@uniclassifieds.com.au and request to have your registration and advertisements deleted.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF CONDITIONS You acknowledge having read these Terms and Conditions which, together with the Membership Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement, and Disclaimer contained on the Uni Classifieds website, form the conditions of supply of services on, use of and access to the Uni Classifieds website. Submission of an advertisement constitutes an affirmative acknowledgement by you that you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any modifications.
